Coruscant, the seat of power of the Coruscanti Alliance of Free People and the most profound trading hub in the galaxy—and aside from Koros Major it stands as the greatest ecumenopolis known, with the highest buildings far surpassing the heights of its highest mountains and no visible seas left on the planet. Despite its power and significance in human history, the planet-wide city had seen better days. Due to the ongoing Core Wars, the planet has been at constant threat of invasion by the Corellian 1st Fleet which has been looming in the nearby sectors, waiting for the right time to strike.
